If you choose to integrate Welcomepage with third-party services such as Slack or Microsoft Teams, we may collect basic workspace information including the workspace name. When a new user is invited to Welcomepage, we may also collect their first name, last name, role, and profile photo from the integrated third-party service, if available, to facilitate the creation of their Welcomepage.

We store user-provided information solely to display the Welcomepage. This data is not used for any other purposes and is deleted within 30 days of a user deleting their Welcomepage or when a workspace owner deletes the Welcomepage workspace. All collected data is securely stored on AWS servers located in North America, adhering to industry-standard security best practices.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any services purchased through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• Communicate with you;
• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating only to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use third-party data collected from integrated services such as Slack or Microsoft Teams to facilitate the creation of Welcomepages for new users. Specifically, we use first names, last names, roles, and profile photos (if available) from these integrated services solely for the purpose of streamlining the Welcomepage creation process. This third-party data is securely stored and deleted within 30 days after a user or workspace owner deletes the respective Welcomepage or workspace.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only share your Personal Information with trusted third-party services strictly to help us provide and improve our services, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. For example, we use Google Analytics solely to understand how customers interact with our Site, helping us enhance user experience. We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone.
